As per the IRDAI Master Guidelines on Anti-Money laundering / Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), 2022, updating KYC details of existing customers is mandatory per the extant KYC norms. |
In accordance with the above, we request you to kindly submit the following documents: |

Recent photograph |

Any one of the following Officially Valid Documents (OVDs) for address and identity proofs:

Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name, address or any other document as notified by the Central Government in consultation with the Regulator |

On submission of the above documents, your KYC details will be registered with CKYC and you will receive a 14 digit KYC Identification Number (KIN) / CKYC number. You can quote this number for any kind of financial transactions and skip submitting KYC documents every time, unless there is a change in your KYC details.
Please note that in case of any change in your KYC details, you are required to intimate us about the updates within a period of 30 days from the date the change was made.
