Share your bank account details with the following documents:
- Signed copy of cancelled cheque of your bank account in which you wish to receive the payout. Please make sure that the bank account number is a saving bank account number of an Indian bank.
- Signed copy of the Electronic payout form with your bank details.

- IRDAI does not announce any bonus. Public receiving such phone calls are requested to lodge a police complaint along with details of phone call, number.
