Share your bank account details with the following documents:
  1. Signed copy of cancelled cheque of your bank account in which you wish to receive the payout. Please make sure that the bank account number is a saving bank account number of an Indian bank.

  2. Signed copy of the Electronic payout form with your bank details.

Email: Email the scanned copy to lifeline@iciciprulife.com from your registered email id.
Courier: Courier the form and documents to:

Once we receive your documents, your payout amount will automatically get transferred to your bank account within 10 days.
