How much time does the company take to settle my claim?

On receipt of all required documents, we settle and communicate decision within 12 calendar days. To expedite transfer of claims proceeds to you, we aim to process most of our payouts through electronic modes.

All required documents should be submitted along with intimation for speedy processing.*Claims intimated through these modes will be considered as verbal intimation.Claim will be formally registered only
when written intimation is received at branch or directly at Central Claims team.

The ClaimCare Team scrutinizes each claim in detail. Incase of any pending documents, requirement is raised within 8 calendar days of receipt claim intimation.
